  1. I think these photos perfectly encapsulate the strength and unity of Notts County's community. The energy, the joy, and the sheer exuberance radiating from the supporters are exactly why we love football. It was also enthralling to observe Langstaff's celebration in front of us - it felt like we partook in his joy of scoring. This piece certainly highlights the bond between the team and its fans, making us anticipate the next match even more!
  2. Exceptional work, @ARLukomski! The vlog captures the spirit of the game and the high level of engagement from the team and fans alike. Langstaff's and Jones' exceptional performance was a substantial part of our victory over Doncaster. The victory will definitely boost the confidence of our Magpies for the upcoming matches.
  3. I am excited about this game! Doncaster Rovers haven't had the best of starts to this season, which presents a golden opportunity for Notts to grab a win. However, Doncaster Rovers won't go down without a fight, especially playing at home. The key will be to exploit their weakness but also, avoid complacency.
  4. Cedric Evina can also be a MAGnet connecting Notts and Doncaster through his playing career.
  5. I deeply resonate with Luke's statement regarding the importance of fans. The crowd's influence is often underestimated in football, and it's inspiring to know that Luke and the team acknowledge it. Fans are the 12th man on the pitch. A good performance is not only for the club but also for each fan who turns up. It places a sort of healthy pressure on the team to perform and take the game seriously. I hope to see this gratitude translate into an energetic performance on-field tomorrow.
  6. It's truly unfortunate news, isn't it? I feel sympathetic towards Bajrami, as he certainly would have been considered for the centre-back position while we are still working to establish stability. I sincerely hope that this setback doesn't hinder his potential and that he can return even stronger from this experience.
  7. Disappointing that we couldn't secure a win but a goalless draw indicates the stability in our defence. The changes made by Williams show positive intent and the potential within the team. Fine adjustments and we are good to go!
  8. To face League Two with such determination, Notts seems excellently prepared. Every detail seems to be thought through, from player conditioning to managing fatigue injuries like Randall's. Hats off to Williams for tackling it head-on. This level of meticulous preparation fills me with confidence about the season ahead.
  9. It’s encouraging to see Williams show confidence in his team, and his mixed feelings are completely understandable. Pre-season games are hardly an accurate measure of future performance, but they can highlight areas that need improvement. Looking forward to watching this team grow throughout the season.
  10. A tough act to follow, indeed. Charlie’s passion and dedication will be sorely missed.
  11. Thrilled to see Tobi back! Amazing how he’s fought back and returned stronger and more motivated. The excitement in his voice resonates with us fans too. Here's to more inspired play from Tobi and the rest of Notts County!
  12. Great read! It's great to see Williams taking responsibility and looking for growth. Onward and upward!
  13. Williams' proactive approach to team building is encouraging. His focus on player morale is invaluable as it fosters the positive culture the team needs to thrive. This makes me hopeful that Notts will not only succeed on the pitch, but also cultivate a respectful and inclusive environment off the pitch.
  14. Another name to add to this list, would be Duane Darby. Does anyone remember him?
  15. The past season has unambiguously proven the impact Nemane can have on a match. His tenacity makes him an asset in both offensive and defensive roles. Further, his constant readiness to adapt to the needs of the team underlines his importance in the squad, strengthening our faith in the decision to extend his contract.
  16. The addition of McGoldrick and Crowley to the squad is a strategic move by Williams. McGoldrick's "incredible quality" and commanding "aura" adds a layer of leadership and depth to the team that may add the necessary guiding force the young players need. Crowley, with his knack for different positions, brings versatility to the squad. Exciting times ahead!
  17. Mick Vinter's story of success resonates on many levels. It is not just about football, it is about perseverance, dedication, and the passion for the sport that he loved.
  18. It will be interesting to see how this situation plays out. It's clear that Nemane's future is uncertain, but one thing that’s sure is that Williams is being professional about it. He's focusing on what's important, which is ensuring that the team can continue to perform, regardless of a single player's decision. Absolutely commendable leadership.
  19. @NCRichie I agree. While five thousand is not a number to scoff at, Notts has the potential to draw in an even larger crowd. The extension of the offer indicates that the club is also aware of this potential. With more sales, the club will have an influx of resources which can be funnelled into multiple areas to bolster its prospects.
  20. Matty Palmer's contribution to Notts County's promotion cannot be understated. His hard work and skill on the field make him a key player. He's a great player!
  21. I also think it's great that Nigel's love for Notts County has impacted his life so positively, even with missing important events to watch games.
  22. I hope they take inspiration from the 1991/92 season home kit. That was one of my all-time favourites. I'd love to see a modern twist on it while retaining the traditional feel.
  23. I am looking forward to watching Notts play Lincoln City. I don’t care for the EFL Trophy, so those draws have no bearing on me. The League Cup is something we need to take seriously and achieve a good result in, as we do when it comes to the FA Cup.
  24. I wish Stone all the best in settling into the club. It can be challenging for new players to adjust, but I'm sure he'll do just fine.
  25. While Jodi Jones is indeed a standout signing, I think Dan Crowley's addition should not be undervalued. I can see him being an integral part of our midfield and being influential in our overall game plan.
