Notts County manager Luke Williams makes three changes to starting line-up in goalless draw against Morecambe
Disappointing that we couldn't secure a win but a goalless draw indicates the stability in our defence. The changes made by Williams show positive intent and the potential within the team. Fine adjustments and we are good to go!

Notts County Ready to Represent with Pride in League Two
To face League Two with such determination, Notts seems excellently prepared. Every detail seems to be thought through, from player conditioning to managing fatigue injuries like Randall's. Hats off to Williams for tackling it head-on. This level of meticulous preparation fills me with confidence about the season ahead.

Mixed Feelings for Notts County Manager Luke Williams After Pre-Season Friendly
It’s encouraging to see Williams show confidence in his team, and his mixed feelings are completely understandable. Pre-season games are hardly an accurate measure of future performance, but they can highlight areas that need improvement. Looking forward to watching this team grow throughout the season.

Notts County’s Luke Williams on Building a Competitive Squad for League Two
Williams' proactive approach to team building is encouraging. His focus on player morale is invaluable as it fosters the positive culture the team needs to thrive. This makes me hopeful that Notts will not only succeed on the pitch, but also cultivate a respectful and inclusive environment off the pitch.

Aaron Nemane agrees to new two-year contract with Notts County
The past season has unambiguously proven the impact Nemane can have on a match. His tenacity makes him an asset in both offensive and defensive roles. Further, his constant readiness to adapt to the needs of the team underlines his importance in the squad, strengthening our faith in the decision to extend his contract.

Luke Williams on new signings and departures at Notts County
The addition of McGoldrick and Crowley to the squad is a strategic move by Williams. McGoldrick's "incredible quality" and commanding "aura" adds a layer of leadership and depth to the team that may add the necessary guiding force the young players need. Crowley, with his knack for different positions, brings versatility to the squad. Exciting times ahead!

I also think it's great that Nigel's love for Notts County has impacted his life so positively, even with missing important events to watch games.

Notts County’s Permanent Signings: Who’s Your Favourite?
While Jodi Jones is indeed a standout signing, I think Dan Crowley's addition should not be undervalued. I can see him being an integral part of our midfield and being influential in our overall game plan.

Reedtz Brothers Era "Feels like a good dream"
I agree with else before me, it does feel like a good dream. The Reedtz Brothers have brought stability, good management, and progress to the club. It's refreshing to have ownership that is both silent and effective.
-
Dan Crowley signs
Such an exciting signing! I can't wait to see how Dan Crowley fits into our possession-based playstyle. His versatility and creativity in midfield could make a real impact in our squad.

Jim O’Brien reflects on his journey with Notts County
It’s interesting to hear Jim speak about Luke Williams. I think when you trust players and provide good information that allows players to improve their game, it creates that sort of bond. I would like to see Luke be a bit more hands-on with young players. Notts should be making the most of this department and I personally think Jim O’Brien could help with this. He has been super since signing for the club.

Cal Roberts joins Scunthorpe United
I would’ve asked for my release, then gone back to Gateshead if Aberdeen would’ve allowed it. Scunthorpe is a bit of a weird step backwards but I wish him well.
-
Oxford United adds goal-scoring playmaker Rúben Rodrigues to squad
It does look to be a good signing for Oxford United but potentially a mistake on Ruben’s part. I hope they can get the best out of him and he can make his dream move at the peak of his career, but I don’t see it being so merry. I can see him dragging out his contract wishing he had signed elsewhere.

Write about why you joined
Why did you join prideofnottingham.co.uk? I joined because I noticed a difference in the quality of articles returned and the quality of discussions just seemed refreshing, so I took the plunge, as they say. I think it’s a very good site. I usually just read to avoid the bother, but this place seems like the real deal. What is your main highlight of being a member? So far, I would say the sheer number of friendly people that welcomed me was a nice touch and a sign that I had made the right decision to join. How much have you seen PoN grow during your time? As someone who has mostly read the site, I’ve noticed that there have been spells where things are busy and then it drops off. The site will have those times, but the last few months have been very encouraging, I feel. More fans should get involved; I believe this. As a community, what would you say are the three core values to PoN and why? Friendliness, quality and discussions. There’s a bit of everything, but how friendly people are and how they can share their own opinions without resorting to name-calling or arguing is really good. I would say it’s well-run, excellently moderated and stands by its principles.

David McGoldrick: "It's nice to be back at Notts County, it is my club"
It’s great that McGoldrick will have the support of his family at many games this season. Family is important and it must be special for him to share this experience with them.

What would you say to the Reedtz brothers?
I would ask the Reedtz brothers what they believed was possible in comparison to what has actually happened so far. I wonder at what stage, going into the club, they hoped Notts would gain promotion back to League Two and how they felt when they saw it unfold at Wembley. If I had the time, I would enquire about how our recruitment system works. For example, what is the inner process without giving too many details away? I would then thank them for restoring the club’s title as the World’s Oldest Professional Football League Club.
