I think Luke Williams is a breath of fresh air. Much of this improvement is due to him, yet he is keen to share it. This is a very humble sign and a good indication that the club is in good hands. Tactically, there wasn’t anything that stood out as needing improvement. However, I do hope we keep one substitute back at times, just in case. Also, I hope the injury to Cedwyn Scott isn’t too serious and that he is pain-free and back on his feet in no time.

Despite their average start, I would love for Notts to stay alert and maintain their league form. Tranmere's recent loss to Salford City could be a motivating factor for them to step up their game. Some of the comments I have heard at games seem to reflect others’ inability to defend rather than Brindley’s. No player is perfect, but he is a valuable member of the squad.
