Washing the evening dinner pots was a little different tonight with a big surprise when the floor became soaked with water. The waste pipe became detached from the kitchen sink. Looks like we need some new parts to fix it. It's good that we have plumbing & drain cover with our energy supplier, so we were pleased to get an appointment between 8am & 6pm.tomorrow.

Just like league 2, this league is very competitive. Anyone from the top 17 still has a good chance of challenging with a good two or three weeks. It's back to the drawing board from a few of us.

So what are your takeaways from the draw against Harrogate? In my opinion, Notts did well to force the draw in the end after a spirited & hard working Harrogate performance. Notts continue to struggle against sides that employ a high press & sit back & challenge Notts to break them down. Martin Paterson is the latest Notts Coach that is faced with this. Kudos to Paterson for changing things in the 2nd half & the substitutes did make a difference to the intensity of the Notts play. It is clear that Jatta needs support upfront with players that can link up with him. I think Martin may have learned a lot from the first & second halves of the Harrogate match. I think that we may see more of Dennis, Jarvis & Kouhyar featuring in the starting eleven & it is clear that Matt Palmer is very important to Notts in the centre of Midfield.

The Poll has now closed. We have a tie for the Pride of Nottingham's Man of the Match between Scott Robertson & Will Jarvis. Congratulations to both.

I do believe that a substitute can become a man of of the match if they come on & change the game. Palmer, Dennis & Jarvis made a difference when they came on.

Good Morning all. It's a beautiful morning here. Who'd have thought we've had two weeks of constant rainfall. We are both busy this morning in the garden. Last lawn cut, and picking up the leaves and a general tidying up. Some of our flowers held on until last night but I think the frost has done for them. It is very chilly out and we are well wrapped up for the task.

They keep recycling this story every few years. Why don't they make a documentary about the monopoly money that is the Premier League & why the 75 plus sides in the EFL cannot compete with this money train?

Notts played well against a top team but unfortunately they conceded a goal in injury time at the end of the match.

Anyone watching the Albania v England match it starts at 5pm. Can they make it 8 wins on the spin?

@super_ram These word puzzles can hit you straight away or it's a real struggle. Sometimes I think it is how the puzzle is laid out.

This isn't good news at all. Surely they won't get a licence to build this so close to the Nest & Meadow Lane.?

Why can't the club look to produce a copy of the 1894 cup winning shirt & put that on the market. I'm sure it would be a good seller?

@Fan of Big Tone Okay. On a single topic I have the page numbers, but on the general topic page I have 25 topics on the page, & at the very bottom you can "load more activity" for more topics up to 365 days, but there is no longer a page number widget at the very top of the general topic page, that gives you a choice of pages from between say, 1 & 500, that you can choose a particular page & browse it.

@Fan of Big Tone Yes I mean that but I don't see it either on the dashboard page or Topic page. Wonder if it's not available on mobile view.
