I don't think that I can think of any other life form accept for humans that has a negative impact on the planet. If I had to pick two life forms that are absolutely essential in maintaining life on the Earth is Plant life & Insects .

@Wheelbarrow repair man Agents are ruining football aren't they.

The match is drawn with Somerset on 200 for 5 in their 2nd innings, leading by 94 when the Captains shook hands. Notts take 13 points for the draw & are 9 points behind Surrey & stay in 2nd place in the league.

Hold on to your hats, more signings promised tomorrow.

Jas Ottewell spoke to the Notts media to discuss her move to the club.

The club has spent £millions over the last few seasons on off the field projects including laying a SIS Hybrid Premier League Pitch.

A new signing for Notts Women.

I think that the Club has recruited well over the summer & I believe that the players that have come in can bring Notts some success this season. I think we are just missing a good quality striker that could complete the jigsaw for Notts. Head Coach Martin Patterson wants some more incomings. I hope he gets his way & the brothers allow at least a good quality striker at this level to complete a good & positive summer of recruiting.

If he did go and that is a big if for say £500K, then I think Notts need to get another two strikers in with that £500K. I do think that Notts have been out flanked by most of the league 2 sides this season, & to sell Jatta at this very late stage, would I'm sure, make a lot of the fanbase unhappy unless the Reedtz brothers quickly make a move in the market. Problem is, I would say that the vast majority, if not all of the very best strikers have been taken unfortunately. I hope that the rumours are not true & Notts can get Jatta to sign a new extended contract.

We need a good quality striker to replace Didzy & the owners are possibly going to have to fork out some money to acquire one. Possibly in the region of £250K to £350 K should get a decent goal scorer for this level. I don't understand why the club hasn't gave Traore a run in the B team for him to get some confidence. Scoring becomes a habit & scoring brings confidence. Other Clubs use the B team for that purpose so why not Notts. I think it could pay dividends for Traore and Notts.

Whether it's about parking, Whether it's problems about the failure to sell a club, or it is a matter of not fixing the ground and paying the players at another club. No excuses. The football authorities really do need to get a grip of this. It the fans that are suffering.

Final day of the match between Notts & Somerset. Notts resume on 511 for 6. Notts have been bowled out in the 1st hour for 544, a lead of 106 runs.

@Wheelbarrow repair man We won't see the likes of him again or his fellow goons.

@Wheelbarrow repair man It seems that the National league & the Pitching in Northern Premier League has exactly the same attitude. Like I have said before, there needs to be a wages & transfer cap set for every league that has a professional club. It was so sad for Widnes FC they got promoted as Champions to the Northern Premier League then this. It explains their plight here👇 Runcorn and Widnes WorldWidnes FC resign from Northern Premier League with reason...Widnes FC announce their resignation from the Northern Premier League just two months after winning promotion to its top flight

@Michael D Pie. Nice one!!

Defender Mollie Crump has left the club.

There are concerns about a potential crisis in football. The situations involving Sheffield Wednesday, Morecambe, & Widnes FC. The Sheffield Wednesday players are reportedly facing delayed wage payments & potential strike action. Morecambe is also dealing with financial difficulties. It's reported that Morecambe have ceased all first team football operations. And the news that Widnes FC have had to withdraw from the Northern Premier League, the seventh tier of English Football, after only getting promoted last season is another big blow to another Town. These issues raise questions about the overall stability and financial health of some clubs. So do we have a crisis in English football. What can be done?
