A big factor in us making the playoffs. Notts have scored more goals away, (37) than any other league 2 club, & have the 2nd best away record in the league (behind Doncaster) having won 10 & drawn 7 being undefeated in 17 away games out of 23. If Notts could beat Doncaster on Saturday, Notts would finish with the best away record in the regular league season. CMON U PIES!!!

It's a lovely morning here with plenty of blue sky & warm too. Didn't put the gas fire on for a few hours this morning. Still cocker hoop about the win & Notts making the playoffs yesterday. The Notts County Women play their last game of the season at ML today, kick off at 2pm. It would be great for them to finish with a win. The Notts Cricket team will be looking to complete a win today at Trent Bridge which could see them top the County Championship after 4 games. Wishing Forest luck in their semi final against Man City at Wembley this evening. I just don't want to see Man City in another final. A win for Forest would mean good business at the Nest for Notts too.

There have been some great individual performances from the ladies this season. Emily Brett has played her part in a big improvement from the Notts team this season.
Looking forward to the match Sunday. It would be great for the ladies to get a win at ML.
First half was poor but the lads got it together in the 2nd half. So pleased we've secured a playoff place.What a day it has been for Notts and all of us fans of this great Club. Notts securing a playoff place has certainly made my day, & there is still a small chance of clinching automatic promotion. Pleased for @super_ram. A good win today for you. Good luck for next week.In the United Counties Premier Division North, AFC Mansfield lost their semi final to Bourne Town 0-4. Bourne Town will play Boston FC in the final Boston FC beat Eastwood CFC in the semi final 2-1.Retford FC win their semi against Clipstone FC & will now play in the final at home to Blackstones FC from Peterborough, who beat Retford United in their semi final.Stumps on the 2nd day. Sussex are 195 for 7 in their 2nd innings, lead by 64 runs.Notts have made the playoffs. We don't know exactly where Notts will finish but it will be either fourth, fifth or sixth depending on results from the last day. There is even a chance that Notts could sneak into the third automatic promotion spot if Notts beat Doncaster & other results go their way. It's going to be a very exciting final day of the season, & I'm sure there will be a massive crowd cheering Notts on against Doncaster on Saturday 3rd May. I believe Stuart Maynard & the team have done well to get where they are despite the large number of injuries that Notts have suffered to key players this season.
