I think that Martin will try to strengthen his defensive play. Cotter left out is not a surprise, .Robbo & Palmer will have to be looked after to ensure their fitness & we await McDonald's return. If Belshaw gets injured they would get an emergency replacement. If the squad remains fit, I think it is strong enough to challenge for automatic promotion. I think Martin already knows who is first eleven are & I think he'll persevere with that eleven unless their is tiredness & a player needs to be rested.

Can Notts get a result at high flying Bromley ? It going to be a very tough game, but Bromley have all the pressure on them. They are top of the league and playing at home. On their day, Notts can beat anyone. They have proved it this season. Did you know that out of the current top six that accompany Notts in the top Seven at this time, Notts are unbeaten in seven of the eight games against those sides so far, with four games to go. Notts have won three, drawn Four & lost only once to Salford. That is a massive change to how we stacked up against the top seven leading sides last season under Maynard. Lots of the talk online is how we are going to stop Bromley. I think that Bromley should be thinking about how they can stop Notts & I'm sure they are. Of course Notts are going to be bombarded by crosses, corners, long throws & free kick situations. That is where Bromley are going to be dangerous. Notts have to work their socks off, work hard, be physical, keep their composure towards the end of the match & ensure they are not bullied. If Notts can stay resolute in defence & rely on moments of quality upfront, I think Notts can get a positive result on Saturday.

I think Iorpenda & Norburn are our best central midfield pairing at the moment, so I back Martin to choose them in the first 11 against Bromley. Alternatively, Martin could go for Norburn & Robbo together & Iorpenda at number 10 . Hopefully, they will all be available on Saturday. I think that it is important for Jatta to play. Hopefully he'll be fit, because he's improved his defensive play & is good around the penalty area for Notts against corners and free kicks.

League 1 for me. The sustainability bit means that we will have to slowly build up the Notts resources to challenge for the Championship.
