The team had to survive for over an hour with 10 men against an inspired Bristol R. But I am giving credit where credit is due to Kelle Roos who deserves my Man of the Match rating. I hope it inspires him to similar performances during this tough December.The winning goal and what about that celebration?I'm very pleased we won, but if we are honest we didn't deserve to. Winning when you play far below your best could be vital at the end of the season. Winning when down to ten man is another big plus. Platt came back and played very well. Roos did well this game but he has to play consistently at the same level every game & time will tell if he can do that. Nice to see the subs coming on & changing a game once again. A tough December awaits. Beating a side like Bristol R who have lost 7 on the spin is welcome, but Notts have to be at their best against MK Dons in the next game at ML because MK will be different animal completely.League 2 Table after match 18.
