I hadn't heard of the last word.. it took a few guesses to solve it. All the others were recognisable.

Wordle 1,628 3/6 🟨⬜⬜🟨⬜ ⬜🟩⬜⬜🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩- Takeaways From The Bristol R Win
@theAnticlough I think that Hall being a reasonable finisher & similarly effective as an AM may have influenced Martin Paterson's thinking in keeping Dennis as a fresh striker to come on in the second half of matches or when needed due to injury. Of course Hall's pending suspension may well change that thinking.- January 2026 Transfer window
If Aljofree is recalled back Notts may need more defensive cover. I do agree that Cotter's loan may be terminated. There's a possibility that Luker's may end too. I think we have plenty of cover in the wingback dept. I believe that Hinchy should be recalled back. I've always rated him & he didn't do a lot wrong when he played for the first team. If Roos can maintain his good form over the next 6 matches, my guess is that Notts won't look for a replacement. Another decent outfield player could be a better option. As I've said before, I would rather Notts look to bringing in experienced strong, physical & talented players who are going to strengthen the squad for the second half of the season.- Takeaways From The Bristol R Win
I think a very important takeaway from the Bristol Rovers win was the exceptional spirit showed by the team throughout the match, especially after going down to 10 men after the sending off. This spirit was characterised by the high energy, determination & fighting spirit demonstrated by the players during the match, which also lead to defensive solidity, & a feeling that the team will not be defeated come what may. If the team can maintain this fighting spirit, it could prove very important especially with such a tough December to come, against some of the best sides in League 2.- Replacing Hall v MK
I would prefer that Dennis plays against MK Dons either upfront or in the number 10 role. I think he deserves to be in the starting 11. A caveat to that thinking, whether Dennis is effective in that role. I think the Jury is out on that one. Didzy was very effective just behind Jatta but that was Didzy.- Wordle

Wordle 1,627 3/6 🟨⬜🟨⬜⬜ ⬜🟩⬜🟨⬜ 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩- Replacing Hall v MK
I would like to see Dennis play just behind Jatta at least while Hall is suspended for three matches. I think Iorpenda can do a job in the AM position, but I think he's better alongside Robertson while Palmer is not available. If I were a betting man I'd put my money down on Paterson putting Iorpenda for Hall & Norburn partnering Robertson against MK Dons, with Dennis on the bench as a super sub. I do believe that the Club should bring in a specialist AM in the January window. It cries out for someone with skill & experience in that role.- Who's your Man of the Match v Bristol R?
The Poll has closed. Thanks to all who voted. I'm delighted to announce that Kelle Roos has been voted the Pride of Nottingham's Man of the Match against Bristol Rovers. Well done Kelle.- Notts U18 v Wrexham U18
Pity we have no Notts report on the match on the Notts website although we do have the result.- Who's your Man of the Match v Bristol R?

I just love soul music from the 60s, 70s & 80s. This is one of my favourites. Back Stabbers by the O' Jays. Enjoy a 53 year old classic.- January 2026 Transfer window
I think Notts have good cover with the wingbacks. I would like to see Kouhyar given a start on the left. We need more goalkeeping cover to push Roos but after his improved performance against Bristol Rovers, hopefully it will give him confidence. Definitely need another striker, an attacking midfielder & central midfielder. Can we bring some players in that are strong, physical, & mean who can mix it with the roughest? I would also like to see mature & experienced League 2 players rather than young up & coming players.- Weekly Chat Monday 1st to Sunday 7th December
It's a wet, and windy day here too. We had a relatively dry summer, but mother nature has certainly changed that during the last month or so. Mrs R took down our autumn features from around the house & outside yesterday. Good luck with your procedure today @Fan of Big Tone & hope you get some positive news once they get the results through. - Strands word game
