Germany update
I'm sure Kane is looking for a Champions League winners medal in May 26. He's in terrific form for Bayern. He has to be one of the best home grown Strikers ever.

World Cup draw
I think that England will qualify comfortably. I concur that having 48 teams is too many and completely unnecessary. We all know why it's 48 teams. It's just to make lots of money for lots of different companies that will be taking advantage of this Worldwide sporting spectacle. The sporting spectacle has become a sideshow & making money has now become the priority it seems.

MAGnet Links - MK Dons
Another easy one is Dan Crowley who joined Nemane & it may have been thought that the grass was greener at MK Dons. The jury is out on that one.

A few more performances like we saw against Bristol R, starting against MK Dons, could possibly cement his place in the side for the rest of the season. Even if he did, Notts still need another goalkeeper in January to challenge him for his place.- Jokes, Cartoons & Memes. It's the Laughter Corner.

That's now two wins for Roos & that puts him only one win behind the current joint leaders who've won PON Man of the Matches this season.- Weekly Chat Monday 1st to Sunday 7th December
Hi everyone. It's been raining all day here. The ground outside is so sodden. If the rain keeps going I'm sure we could see some postponed games on Saturday, although I must say that many league grounds have improved regarding the drainage of their pitches Twenty years ago plus, pitches used to get ploughed up by the players during the wet weather & this used to make the condition of the grounds much worse. Players used to have to have a change of kit because they used to get so soiled in mud. The improved pitches have changed the game too. Could you imagine Notts playing a 3-4 2-1 formation on a ML pitch in the middle of winter in 1985? Yes, the game has certainly changed since those days. It's funny that although the players had to play on terrible pitches, you didn't seem to see the amount of injuries that we see today, & teams only used to have one substitute in those days.- Replacing Hall v MK
I agree @YoopEyes that Dennis should start upfront & Platt is now a fixture in the back three & Ness should also be in there. I also think Kouhyar should start on the left. I do believe though that Martin will continue with the one striker formation. I've been pushing for Dennis to play behind Jatta in a similar role to Didzy when he was here. But Martin will probably keep Dennis on the bench, or he may even start Dennis and bench Jatta as Jatta hasn't been 100% on the ball lately.- Salford Red Devils liquidated
I hope that the Club will survive, possibly as a phoenix club. I hope that something can be worked out very quickly, so that the people of Salford can continue to have a leading Rugby League Club to support.- Exeter City's financial challenges
The running of a League club costs lots money. The amount of money required is increasing season by season. Exeter have done very well to compete as a professional league club whilst being owned by it's supporters Already questions are being asked of whether Exeter can survive in League One by being Trust-owned and whether the time has come to seek investment from elsewhere. Trying to balance the finances by selling players for profit, & relying on revenue raised from Cup runs can be a risky business. I think that it is inevitable that Exeter will probably need a large cash injection from an investor or a number of investors to survive as an EFL Club. Whether the club can then continue with the Supporters Trust having a majority shareholding, will be another matter that will need to be considered if an independent benefactor comes in.- Weather Updates
