Morning all, I did a different parkrun today with my son and daughter in law, it was a tough course with hills so I’ll feel that tomorrow. The rented house we are staying in is very comfortable and can sleep 8 people so it’s perfect for the six of us. We are off the a wander round the town later, then tonight we are going to play some games, the house has “Guitar Hero” on play station (whatever that is) and grandson Fred is keen to try it.

Thanks @Robbie we got here safely and enjoyed a night of eating a lovely curry made by Mrs. T and drinking some nice beer from Magpie brewery, our son brought a keg with him. I’m not sure how I can vote for tomorrows man of the match when I won’t have seen the game or listened to it.

Good morning I hope everyone is well. We are off up into North Yorkshire in a rented house for a week with our son and family so we are looking forward to some nice walks, meals, drinks, fun and games etc. I’ll still be popping on here though, you don’t get rid of me that easily. Good afternoon, we’re busy preparing for our week away starting tomorrow. I’ve given the lawn a (hopefully last) mow and it looks nice and stripey not quite up to Meadow Lane pitch standard but pretty decent for me. We’ve got our suicide support meeting tonight and a new volunteer to show the ropes, we’ve got around 20 people coming so it’ll be busy. I hope everyone is ok and enjoying a sunny afternoon.

Good morning, it’s a foggy Wednesday. We woke in the night with a shock an enormous crash and bang,I thought it was an explosion or a car had crashed into the house, on investigating it turns out all our shampoo, shower gel etc., had fallen into the bath when a co trainer they were in was dislodged from the shower screen. Thank goodness that’s all it was but it gave us a shock.

Lot better second half for Notts, Barrow won first half we won the second half, a draw seems a fair result.

We need to improve a lot in the second half if we are going to get anything from this game, Notts have been very disappointing,

We were lucky to get away with that challenge by Platt in the box. Goal for Barrow from a corner.

Morning all, it’s matchday, who’s travelling? I’ll be watching the match on Sky Sports+ which I’m quite impressed with although I miss listening to the Radio Nottm commentary particularly Mark Stallard but it’s nice to watch the game live rather than imagine it in your head from the commentary.
