I agree with @BlackandWhitePie Jim is definitely a leader you can see when he’s on the pitch how he helps the younger team members and hands out rollockins to players when necessary. He’s definitely got another year in him at least and then maybe coach.

What a great interview that is, I’m really impressed by the way he talks. He knows talk is cheap and rightly wants to prove himself on the field of play.
