It’s not about posting, but you seemed a bit different, perhaps a bit low. We just wanted to check if everything is alright with you.

@liampie @CliftonMagpie I see, thank you very much for thinking of me that is very kind, yes this time of year can be difficult and will be difficult for us, it will be 12 years in January since we lost our son, the pain never goes away but we learn to live with it and turn it into something positive by trying to help others bereaved by suicide of which there are very many.

Once again thank you both.

It’s great to see you back on PON, @Super_Danny_Allsopp. How have you been? I was worried that you had left us after your break, but I’m delighted to see that you’re still here. I hope your time away wasn’t due to anything serious and that you were able to enjoy some much-needed downtime. As I said, it’s wonderful to have you back, and I look forward to reading your well-balanced thoughts.

See you around!

@TheSkipper I don't think everyone reads or notices messages on walls mate. I do agree, it's nice to see SDA back. :)

Hello, @super_ram.

How are you doing? It’s been a while since I last checked in on how things were with you. I hope everything is going well for you. I see you’re up late like me; I’m just settling down for the night.

Take care!

Hello,  @TheSkipper ,

Thank you for asking.I'm plodding along just fine ,thank you.I stay up late quite a lot watching TV and on my laptop checking PoN and keeping in touch with family and friends. I don't have to bother about getting up early the next day, unless I have something planned.I just please myself now. It's amazing how many PoN members, who I've never met ,keep asking how I am.Please keep up your great work and support with PoN but don't for forget to make some time for yourself.

Look after yourself.

Nice 5k park run today. Not my usual park run this one had hills ☹️ But I managed it in  just under 37 mins, not bad for an old codger. :clapping:

What're your plans for the Winter months? I am trying to convince my brother to get back to walking, but last time this year he called time on it until it got warmer.

I’m still hoping to do the park runs when the weather allows, I start off cold but after running 5k I’m sweating profusely. When it’s really cold I wear another layer on top, i.e. a long sleeved t shirt under my running vest, also leggings under my shorts. For walking with Mrs. T  we wrap up well. The cold isn’t too bad for walking but I hate walking or running in rain. When it’s raining we’ve got a cross Rainer, exercise bike and rowing machine at home.

Replied

Well, at least you are sorted. I don't mind the rain personally; it's the cold that gets me but wrapping up warmly helps.

Hello, Tony. I noticed that you had added Twitter to your profile. Just to let you know, I have corrected it for you. You just need the @ or username to be added. :)

It's my pleasure to help.

Hello @DangerousSausage,

I just wanted to take a moment to commend you on your input on the PON site. Next season, I will strive to do the Prediction League. Yet, I wanted to take a moment to say that I enjoy reading your posts and feel that you're one of the standout members of this community. Keep sharing your sense of humour because it's great to see!
