Saturday 17th of January, Notts County will entertain visitors Crewe Alexandra at Meadow Lane. This is a good opportunity for Notts to grab themselves a much needed win, however the visitors form is very impressive as they have enjoyed winning 3 of their last 6 games (including Bristol City), drawing 2 and losing only one.

A win for the Railwaymen could see them push away from the bottom pack within League One, whilst Notts could move up to 10th with a win.

The Match Officials for Saturdays game against Crewe Alexandra will be Iain Williamson, with his two assistants Simon Mather and Wayne Porter. The fourth official will be Akil Howson.

hopefully he will surprise us by ruling the game how the majority of ref should. he could do well! good job notts joe

I think the officials been used at a lower level this season, not exactly sure why but that doesn't mean he is bad or anything.

I am hopeful he goes largely unnoticed.

A referee having a solid game in charge would be nice, aslong as we avoid silly challenges and any heated moments (if any happen) it will be good by me. Thanks Liam

Most likely Joe, still this is a good read. Newsletter highlighted this, top work with both and worry not.

You do a fantastic job.
