I think Notts will bring in 2 players to replace Matty Palmer. A loan and a free agent. It will take a free agent some time to get match fit and used to the system. A loan player can fill that gap until then.

Well, we now have Dan Gosling and I think the club will be looking at extending his stay come January.

I don't personally see us adding another midfielder if Gosling does the trick, unless he leaves for a club higher up when his short term deal expires.
