Match Discussion: Game 24 - Rovers (H)

The outcome was quite satisfying. I didn’t anticipate us to breeze past Doncaster, and it was remarkable to see the team gel so well after recent results. It’s a significant victory for the squad. We need to replicate this kind of performance on away grounds.

Agree @B&Wstripes it is a very welcome win. Every game is difficult in league 2, but we have some very winnable games coming up, & if we could win those, we could see ourselves in the automatic promotion positions again, just as the Jan window arrives.

i thought all our goals came from good play out wide, which is pleasing. i do think we need to be careful about over playing this style, but the win was such a good result for us. defensively, we will need time but we kept a clean sheet and won 3-0. we need to take that!

I agree @liampie the clean sheet was a good moral booster going into a 4 game period that we have every chance of winning.

@Piethagoram what a record breaking year we have witnessed.

I thought I had seen it all, over the last 53 years or more.

Notts are making more history and how.
