Looks like the new owners are impatient for success. Why can't clubs give the Head Coach time to turn things around?

A new Head Coach will take time to settle in, & get to know his players. After he's settled in, the new Coach may not gel with his players, or the players may not like the new coaching methods.

Changing the coach is not always successful. But nowadays these owners want instant success.

I'm pleased that we have owners at Notts who don't have that mindset. Stuart Maynard start at Notts wasn't the best, but just look at Notts now.

I would think the recruitment has had a big effect; in that they bought in 23 new players this season 😲

The players can probably just about remember each other’s names by now!
