    I am not really into ice hockey or Nottingham Panthers, but with them being the nearest team I do occasionally look out for them and I do hope they do well.

    Oh oh oh ohhhhh, everywhere where we go, watching super County putting on a show!

    Panthers lose the penalty shootout to Glasgow Clan & the match 2:3 after drawing in regulation time. Panthers take the one point and the Clan two .

    So it's a three point weekend for the Panthers.

    I recently discovered a Panthers fan lives at the bottom end of my street; it seems he is in his years where he needs a lot of support. Whom, I assume to be his son, can come across as quite inconsiderate and annoying, especially when pulling up outside my house playing extremely loud music. Yet, I was touched the other week when I saw my frail neighbour walk up and get into his car wearing a shirt.

    He's probably annoyed someone closer to his parents home, but it did make me feel more tempted to have the experience of seeing the Panthers play live.

    To sway back into the purpose of the discussion, it's good to see how well the Panthers are doing. We should be proud of them as a contributing team to Nottingham. 3rd isn't bad, even if people think the team should be higher.

    Great win for the Panthers over their arch rivals Sheffield Steelers Saturday evening at a packed out Motorpoint Arena.
