Bradford City sign Tilt

Featured Replies

They're in for another defender from Kilmarnock, supposedly, at least from what I read.

I thought Curtis Tilt looked like a strong leader at the back, but I wasn't impressed with other aspects of his game. When we have played against him, I have always wanted to see a player just take him on, as he tends to be indecisive at times. Organisation-wise, he's very good and should be a good signing.

A field where dreams become reality.

it will be interesting to see how well bradford adapt to league one because i actually think we have a stronger squad in comparison to them, they did well to get automatic promotion but i think if we kept on course we would have gone up. i do wish them well, and tilt looks to be a decent signings for them.

The reaction from the Bradford fans has been funny, they are seemingly freaking out because of his age. Yes he's probably past his peak, but some players have the ability to keep playing to a high standard regardless of their age. They'd be gutted if they signed McGoldrick then 😬

Freaking out is a bit much, but he’s not exactly the best signing. They might want him for his leadership and experience. If they’re going to survive in League Two, they’ll need to be much tighter at the back.

He should do well, but if he ends up as a rotation or backup option, it wouldn’t be a surprise, especially after his first season.
