I can only make out parts of what Paul wrote, and some of it I am not sure I agree with. I don't think Jacob Bedeau is underestimated, and Jodi Jones needs time to be anything significant. Yet, that's an opinion, and I respect it.

My key player would be Alassana Jatta, as his presence at the club, combined with his ability to score, is of paramount importance.

Most underrated for me right now would be Matt Palmer because, for some reason, a lot of fans act like he's not a good player. I think some of this stems from him just being the club's captain; whilst his injury did set him back, he's still a vital part of what makes us work.

I would close my comment by saying sentiments in football can be quite misleading, such as wishing for Luke Williams to return.

A field where dreams become reality.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to place the troublesome teams closer to the centre of the Jimmy Sirrel Stand, rather than by the rowdier sections? It might help keep tempers in check. Some groups wind each other up too easily when they're side by side.

It’s been a long time since I last looked through FourFourTwo. That old 4-4-2 formation isn't seen as fashionable nowadays, but I wouldn’t mind if we gave it another go. It would suit us better if we’re after a more balanced style at times.

I think that the Notts side will be more physical than what they were under Williams & Maynard. I think we've already seen evidence of that in the pre season games.

I've always wanted the Notts team to be more physical & tougher with their opponents. I think you have to be in league 2.

We were bossed off the park by Wimbledon in both playoff semifinals & I am sure that must have had a big impression on the Notts powers that be.

It could even have been one of the reasons that the Head Coach was changed & new coaching staff appointed, as well as bringing in tougher players.

Proud to be a supporter for 58 years & counting of the oldest professional football club in the World. COYP
