Good morning it’s a very windy start to the day here, I’m off to the hospital soon to have ear wax removed, at last I’ll be able to hear properly again which will be very nice it seems a long time trying to get an appointment.

Sorry to mention but the weather here in Dubai is lovely and sunny, about 32 degrees at the moment. Just finished a very nice breakfast and now time for some of that 🌞

I hope everyone is ok after a traumatised weekend, throwing away points again.

Next up Crawley Town, chins up and let's go again. 😃 COYP

    It’s been raining almost non stop here day, we just had a short respite when we walked to Morrisons and bought a couple of fresh trout, some mushrooms and bacon, so that’s tonight’s tea sorted, trout, sliced mushrooms and diced bacon cooked in white wine, served with quinoa and wild rice. How healthy is that?

    Love a piece of Trout. Sometimes the local Morrisons does have halibut steaks... an occasional treat. Remember having frozen halibut steaks in childhood, must have been a less expensive fish back then, with my mother making an egg and flour batter
