Article from the Mirror, Chelsea are apparently to become the first professional club in the country to pay all staff the Living wage....

Surely this has to be a given at all clubs, IΒ think the living wage is a little different to minimum wage, but are clubs paying below minimum???

There was me thinking is was related to the players! LOL

Yes, Droba must be pleased to be back earning big bucks especially since his Turkey ex isn't paying the stars wages. I don't see the point in this, I mean every club is required by law to pay above the minimum wage and you can live on that. I do think it should be higher than it currently is but it's all aimed at keeping people within their classes.

The cons talk about going to £10 but that will not happen under them, if it did benefits would be reduced and taxes increased.

Luton and Chelsea? Good luck to them. #fight
