I've not seen this video before, Notts players and fans celebrating a play off win on 2nd June 1991.

No champagne for the players by the look of it, just a few cans of Home Ales.

Don't the players look like old footballers though, by this I mean 'men', whereas today's players just look so much more athletic and boyish. It's a good clip, nice to see Notts having pieces like this coming at a time whereby fans don't really expect much from the club - It allows us to dream without it becoming unrealistic.

Would be great to have the quality of some of those players though!

What an era! We had a reliable squad back then and strikers good enough but unable to get a game.

Great season that was, was brill going down the motorway to Wembley to see cars with black n white striped wheelbarrows on roof racks.

I doubt it but it would be incredible to have a couple of good years back to back, just to get the support back and everything where it needs to be. Good days!

Simple answer no, we can dream the dream though. By the way, Notts play in the Champions League tonight! Its just like watching Juve.
