Peterborough sacked their manager,Dave Robertson, after losing last Saturdays away game 2 - 1 at Southend. He'd lasted 4 months!

Oh dear, I heard Oldham had sacked him and then I remembered he had moved onto Doncaster.

Never felt it would work myself.

i was surprised about this sacking, there seems to be a rush for putting managers under pressure and for no reason too.

Many football fans have a strange relationship with their team's manager. Either he's a hero and the figurehead for the whole club, or he should be sacked. There's no inbetween. It's odd. Mind you, if we appointed Graham Westley, as Posh have, I'd be in the "sack him" brigade too.

From an outsider's point of view, Paul Dickov seems to have an underwhelming record in management to say the least. He didn't really seem qualified for management in the Championship when Donny appointed him.
