i can't leave GrannyPie 2 minutes.......

I accompanied @GrannyPie to the doctors  this morning for another of her blood tests. It was raining and cold so on the way home I left her to continue by herself while I rushed ahead(only 20/30 yards)  into the chemists to leave some prescriptions to collect later. She said she'd wait for me coming out.I was only in the chemists a couple of minutes but as I came out I saw granny  at the kerbside talking to the occupants of a car that had pulled up. I immediately recognised the  smiling face in the passenger seat who was chatting away.It was non other than our very own @magpiejue. She was on her way with her husband to @nottsjoe's house  and recognised granny from PoN photos. Can you imagine the scene-Granny on the pavement in her wheelchair waiting for me,  a car pulls up and a stranger asks her if she's nottjoe's mum.We had a brief chat and pointed them in the right direction. Granny was so pleased to put a face to a name.It made our day.

Yeah, it was really strange when Kate mentioned @GrannyPie had bumped into @magpiejue.

The odds surely must be on par with winning the lottery? At least Granny didn't spin off without you (not that I would blame her if she did). ;) I just find it to be very surreal that a person seeking myself would bump into my parents. Then again, this isn't the first story like this I have heard of seen - I think life likes to throw these things just to make it seem like impossible is possible.

Small world eh! I've got to admit, people constantly recognise me from my profile pic.

i couldn't believe it either, having taken a too early turning at the wrong roundabout, i told Paul "Turn round quick, there's @grannypie and @super ram, they're @nottsjoes mum and dad, they'll be able to point us in the right direction. What a huge co-incidence. Nice to meet you both.

It was even more of a coincidence than you think @magpiejue because I went for a blood test on Tuesday and only went again on Wednesday because the doctor wasn't happy with the result and wanted another one doing.I was also seen by the nurse about 15 minutes early because someone hadn't turned up.Really nice to meet you both though.
