Would like to see him back at Notts in some capacity. Nice guy, don't know what happened with Mad Dog when he left?

I know rumours, though most will.

I said this at the time of when he left, he did a great job starting out afresh with Notts and developing players. Some won't give him credit for the likes of Curtis Thompson, Haydn Hollis because they're 'products' of other people but he did well to settle them in, plus bring them into a position whereby they would be ready for first team opportunities. None of the people since he left have yet managed this, Brett Adams seemed clueless - anyone who used to sit near the home dugout would have probably overheard his nonsense conversations.

Mick Leonard I have no idea on how he really did but Mick Halsall does a good job encouraging talent.

Michael Johnson would be a big coup for Notts, if they could get him back in some capacity but not replace Halsall, perhaps to work with the reserves and filter in youth team players so they become ready for the next step?
