Whoop Whoop.

Been down to get my season ticket this morning. I did consider moving back to the kop, I miss the atmosphere a bit but I am not one for jumping up and down and singing myself so I think the DP stand suits me better so I stuck with my present seat.

Can't wait for the season to start. :happy banana::clapping::cheerleader:

It works out about £10 a match for me now. Would be even cheaper in the kop or family stand. There are some perks when you turn 60. :magnificent:

Excellent stuff Tony! :hyper:

Think the price freeze is a great offer, one some fans might regret not taking up. I have my voucher, yet no news on the season ticket. I've tried calling but the phone rings (for almost as long as the neverending story) I'm excited also, it's my first one and something I should have done all along.

£10 (around) per game?

Every Liddle Helps! :D

Hi Joe

Yes it was £240 with the price freeze and the over 60s concession. Great value.0

You've got a long way off being over 60 @notts-joe to get a concession season ticket so unfortunately your paying the standard price, but at least one of the kids will go free and as Tony said the Kop is cheaper the DP.

I think my mum and dad are going sometime this week for our season tickets, hope so anyway. :)

Excellent! :D

Do you go to all the away games @magpiejue? I was sat with @vicki at Donny, when she noticed you arrive. I hope to go to more myself this upcoming season, would be nice to have a chat with more of the fans on here. (I am shy tho) LOL

I got it confirmed today that my season ticket is ready to be collected.

I received a voucher on the 21st of May from Notts, since I am a new season ticket holder. It takes me to call today, on 17th of June to find out that my ticket is ready to be collected and have it confirmed. I'm very disappointed, as all it takes is a quick phone call or even an e-mail. I don't know many areas where the customer requires to do the thinking and chasing.

On 4th I emailed the ticket office, who told me "As soon as we receive payment you will be able to collect your season ticket from the ticket office."

Now, Cheeky's been checking to see if the payments been taken and mentioned this to me when it had, Hence the phone calls which I made today in order to see if the payment could be confirmed.

How do I know when a company recieves the payment? It could have taken a few days to clear? A simple, bit of communication would have resolved this, as someone less understanding might be put off from renewing next season or decide to pull out. Just a short phone call or email to let the customer know, would have been enough.

I'm a little more annoyed in all honesty, just glad to have it confirmed finally.

Glad you've got your ticket Joe, where are you sitting?

You should find the whole process easier when you renew, it's probably because you are a new customer that it has been a bit long winded, I agree you shouldn't have to chase it up though.

Somewhere in the KOP, I'm not sure as of yet exactly. I didn't request a seat, due to not knowing the KOP well enough but the ticket officer mentioned it would be okay to change if I preferred and unless we have to sit where our tickets say,  I hope to float around. I will be upgrading my ticket every now and then to sit in the Pavis, especially if Cheeky and Ava come along.

Hopefully, I don't mind a little waiting. :)

The important thing is that you will be back :D I get the feeling when this happens, you will be very swamped with those who miss you.

Looking forward to your return @vicki, will you be traveling to any away games?

My season ticket card isn't valid!!!

Jake's works fine, I go in after him and the guy in the booth acts a little funny. I point to Jake, I was speechless and concerned he would be awkward. After I pointed he responded "It's okay, you will have to get it fixed next time".. Pretty sharply! I was a bit annoyed because this isn't my fault :/

To add salt to this, he then responded 'There's been a few today'. It's sounds more like a than few, sounds like quite a lot.

Mistakes happen, I'm not trying to be negative but my thoughts are rapidly going down hill with regards to the care I've received. I'd be shocked to learn it was the same for others however! I really think this could stop others from renewing and someone else who's experienced the repeated hassle I have, well I don't think they would be coming back.

Mine didn't work either and he let me through I have heard this happened to a lot of people I wonder how this affected the official attendance.

The season before last I was in the lop and my card didn't work and I had to go back to the ticket office to get it changed, at the time I was suffering from one of my notorious bad backs and wasn't too pleased to have to walk all that way.
