Pleased to announce that we are now well over the £50,000 mark, a tremendous achievement from all the friends and supporters of the statue fund.

 

We are also getting a little help from Derby County FC and their supporters, this is in the way of them auctioning a bust of their legend, Steve Bloomer, see link for details.

 

Although we have had  an increase in the plinth names available we will be closing the list in the near future.

 

We also have a weekly payment scheme in operation for anyone that wishes to purchase the limited edition mini-statue,this eases the situation of finding £150 in one lump sum.

 

Also, for those with any Junior magpie children there is a  unique opportunity to let your child be in with a chance of having a hand in the making of the statue at the WedgeWood studio in Stoke On Trent, please see team Magpie web site for details.
