Kevin Nolan has committed his future to Notts County by saying that he has brought his house In Nottingham and that his family will be moving to Nottingham in a few weeks. He also added if anyone has any furniture to lend him that would be great. Opinions guys ?

It's good to know Kevin Nolan is placing down roots, yet things can change so quickly in football and if anything this favours higher up local teams to take our manager into consideration.

But it is a positive thing, if we can gain further stability from his time that will do me.

think its good to hear that hes thinking about his long term career whilst settling down with his family here.

buying a house does give us some reassurance, its not something you would do if your thinking about your next job and although he could drive to bolton. it shows he is placing down roots and likes nottingham as a city.

It's good to know that Kevin has settled in and around Nottingham, if his family are content so should he.

This is probably the best news from today.

It’s great that he’s settled in Nottingham that shows his true commitment to to County it must have been crap to go home with no family there. But great news though

Yeah, settling in shows a massive sign that he's happy at Meadow Lane.

Problem is as we know with players, local clubs come sniffing around and this wouldn't distract him from listening to them. Building a report with the community, doing well and having his own squad will do that.

I am glad his family is all settled in Nottingham, this should allow him to have more focus and make life generally easier as he splits his life from manager to father. Hopefully his relationship with Alan Hardy will continue to blossom, as those two having a strong friendship would make things even more solid.
