Kellett 5 Yes a goal and a goal scoring challenge but how on earth Nolan thinks he is going to be physical enough to cope with L2, Relegated with Chesterfield says something?

Hewitt 4 The normal range of over hit passes

Husin 4 He needs an O'Connor type alongside. Very limited options when he had the ball, no one running for him

Boldewijn 5 Faded from game, or just marked out.

Hemmings 5 A shot off the post when he should have scored

Dennis 5 Offered more than before but marked out of the game.

I'm currently comparing yours with The Post's, I'm expecting to see a larger rating given per player.

How did so many players get 6/10, only for Ross Fitzsimons to be given a 4 rating.

If they played a 5 out of 10 surely we would have been in the game a lot more than we was, I don't usually read them but I will take yours any day of the week @Piethagoram even if we do disagree at times. I do at least respect and see where your coming from.

@Chris Thanks. My ratings tend to be "gut" feelings.... maybe if I delayed until seeing the goal highlights, they might be different ( and am always willing to put my hand up if i am significantly wrong)...and it always difficult when one stands behind the goal... I always take the Post's slant on ratings, not to upset players in case you need to interview them....

Fitzsimons: 4 - He played okay, his confidence dipped after his mistake though.

Tootle: 5 - Rushed back but looked okay until he went off.

Duffy: 4 - Duffy type of game where he could have better or worse.

Brisley: 5.5 - Much better from Brisley, he handled the opposition well.

Kellett: 5 - Played quite well but did little things only bar the well taken goal.

Hewitt: 3 - Very poor.

Husin: 4 - He did well at times and disappeared in spells, he can do better.

Boldewijn: 6 - He did well until the focus switched to defending, then he didn't get the ball much. 

Crawford: 3 - Did a lot of running but wasn't supported well enough by Husin for me.

Hemmings: 5.5 - He worked hard to win the ball and keep attacks going, he played well for me.

Dennis: 5 - Could have done a lot better at times but worked hard.

 

Subs

Hawkridge: 4 - He played okay, nothing flash and ran himself into trouble at times.

Bird: 3 - Not ready for League Two football, just too lightweight.

Vaughan: 5.5 - Did a lot to try to get Notts going, he played quite well.

i dont read anywhere elses because the post is biased and other places tend to post negative ratings for fun.
