Today Alan Hardy was in the high court court to resolve the moneys owed to HMRC.

The judge as given Alan Hardy till the 5th June,2019 to pay what is owed in light of the possible sale of the club.

I don't think time would have been granted unless the takeover talks was true, I just don't see why it would happen. The judge wouldn't do Notts any favours, the HMRC would want the money too.

I believe they would have to agree to this correct?
