So could Notts County first signing be on the way as trial defender formerly of Kettering Town looks like he could be the first player to sign for Notts in this transfer window after the embargo is lifted. In a picture below named Dion good good bye and says he’s informed Kettering. C39CA3A0-99F0-46C1-9F02-901427842D1B.png

Looks like a sure thing then. It'll be good to have some proper competition at right-back and he should start on Saturday. Another piece of the jigsaw, but we still need at least another centre-back, a left-back and a keeper, bare minimum.

i take my comment back now, i thought it was just some kid jumping the gun trying to impress people.

Unsure about Dion, Kelly-Evans but the fans' comments about his pre-season here is optimistic.

I just hope he's experienced enough to do well, when you have youngsters who can fill in this position you have to hope those that are signed are already on the same wavelength as the senior players.

He wasn’t the first but he’s a part of the squad that’s why counts
