The work permit allocations still sound very much in the air. The Uefa coefficients and amount of caps, wages etc... is currently what we do now for international players beyond the EU, if I'm not mistaken.

Obviously Brexit is going to impact Notts' ability to recruit foreign players at this level and the one above. There isn't going to be anybody with recent caps from a decent footballing nation who wants to come here, never mind who Notts' are capable of paying.

Hurry up Reedtz - you've got just over a month to sign all the foreign players needed to get us up to the Prem.

I don't think there needs to be much focus on players from overseas, if we recruit the right players from the UK - the club can look into reselling like Brentford and, Peterborough do.

There's always a chance that the player could get a work permit, nobody knows.

I'll have a listen to the podcast.

EU* BREXIT contracts should be honoured
Single approach for all Non-British players
- Criteria needs to be reached
Premier League wants something looser [Can't recruit younger talent under 16]
Harder for English players to develop outside of the Premier League

Once the contracts expire it's currently a grey area.
Players might be offered extensions before BREXIT happens.

if the player has employment and looks capable of moving to another club or go back overseas, i dont see the issue with giving them a work permit. plenty of unskilled people with no qualifications or desire to work already over here.
