Best decision was to allow him to leave, vastly underwhelming and, even the things some fans praise him for often hindered Notts.

When a footballer has his best season in a relegation team, yet fails to reach a good mark in a promotion pushing squad - it highlights that the player simply isn't good enough. There are things he did okay, but the basics he often failed with. Main praise was his ability to get forward with the ball, any midfielder worth their salt should be able to do this.
