Completely agree about the squad needing to knuckle down for the rest of the season. Losing Crowley and dealing with injuries to key players like Ness and Robertson is frustrating, but this team has shown it can rise to the challenge. I’m thrilled Abbott is staying; his energy and work rate in midfield have been crucial. The January signings look promising, particularly Whitaker, who could bring fresh ideas in the middle. A striker would complete the puzzle, though, as we’ve been a bit short on goals at times. Maynard’s taken a lot of stick, but the Accrington win proves he’s still got the dressing room on side. Promotion is within reach if we stay focused and avoid slipping up.

A poignant reflection on our current times at Meadow Lane. This article resonates with the sentiment that we, as supporters, have a significant role in shaping the club's atmosphere. It's a reminder of our shared love for the game and the club. While it's easy to fall into a trap of negativity, especially after disappointing performances, it's crucial to remember the bigger picture. Our support can make all the difference in turning the tide. Let’s be the positive change we want to see in our club, cultivating an environment where players and fans alike can thrive.

Great blog! I completely agree about holding an enthusiastic and positive outlook for the Notts County team this season. From the looks of the preseason training and the new additions made to the team, it seems they are determined to leave no stone unturned in their quest for success. The new players, as outlined in your post, bring a blend of experience and youth that I believe will form a formidable force against any adversary.
The roles filled by the new players seem strategically planned. Jones and Randall, with these two wingers taking charge of either side, the attack line should pose a serious threat to opponents. McGoldrick’s championship experience should provide crucial guidance to the team, and Crowley, with his experience could impress us with his play-making skills. Stone, as a goalkeeper, could provide the defence strength required.
Assuming that they will positively impact the team on a consistent basis, the upcoming season could potentially be highly successful for Notts. I would go so far as to say that a back-to-back promotion should not be deemed improbable for a team as promising as this, especially given the optimistic sentiment expressed by the fans and the solid start to the preseason.

You're right @Chris, Notts will be fine and the clubs lucky to have someone who fights so hard to represent them despite all your up evils.
Great blog.

You've always put in a lot of effort. A few off days where you're not feeling your best don't take away from everything you've done. You've built a brilliant community. It's clear how much care and thought went into it.
The fact that Pride of Nottingham had so much to offer right from the beginning shows how strong your vision was. I see that as a real positive.
