Ollie Norburn signs for Notts.
Iβm hopeful about Ollie Norburn joining Notts, especially as heβs known for his leadership. But, the fitness concerns are legitimate.

Bradford City sign Tilt
Heβs not a ball-playing defender, and I donβt rate him. Bradford fans seem to know a lot about Curtis Tilt.

FIFA Considering Expanding Team Club World Cup to 48 Teams
Big clubs? You mean Germany and whichever European nation happens to have a poor World Cup. Itβs probably France, given how eager they are to win it. It makes no sense. How is it financially beneficial to any nation except the host?

Friendly International: England 1 Senegal 3
England will struggle at times against tall, physical, and fast teams. Senegal being well-organised made it even tougher. I'm young enough to know that this is the best period we've had in my lifetime. Most likely the strongest since Italia 90.

Iβve given up on calling myself King(HeadCoachesLastName). I donβt want to change my username again. I was KingMaynard, then KingofCounty, and thatβs where Iβve landed. I was tempted to go with SleepingGiant. π€£

I cannot choose anyone else. It has to be Will Jarvis. π

"The Belief Was Always There" β Matty Platt on Nottsβ Recent Form
Heβs been immense aerially, and it makes such a difference. So refreshing to have a defender who dominates in the air.

Cristiano Ronaldo at 40. Is He the Greatest?
I think Ronaldo is the better player, but Messi is more of a team player, and I would rather have someone like him in my team. I don't think Messi lifts or improves Argentina but can be world-class for them.

RIP Mick Walker
Rest in peace Mick Walker.

Match Discussion: Game 32 - The Valiants (A)
I don't fear Port Vale. I just hope they focus on playing football and don't resort to being thugs like Morecambe did. It could be a very long game if we don't get any protection from the referee, so I do wish it's a good game for footballing reasons.

Swansea Sniffing Around Richard Montague... again..?
He's gone, we can't change it, and just like players, I would rather they want to be here. I don't wish him anything. I don't support Swansea City, but I would thank him for what he did do for Notts.

Junior Morias to Woking on loan
What are the chances of Woking wanting to pick him up from us if he does well? I don't see us getting a fee for him; he will probably leave on a free if anything.

Notts County Await News on Jodi Jones & David McGoldrick Fitness Ahead of Port Vale Clash
Maynard's got this team believing! Port Vale away wonβt be easy, but weβve got momentum. Hope the injuries arenβt serious.

Who is your Man of the Match v Morecambe
He started off a bit nervy and I don't think he looked all that good in training. A lot of the shots went past him, and even in the game he would slip and drift his position into areas where one mistake could have been costly. However, I do think Alex Bass kept us in the game in two incidents and did very well to keep a clean sheet.

New Faces, Big Ambitions: How Notts County Are Preparing for the Run-In
Great read! Love the patience Maynard has with new signings, not just throwing them in straight away.
-
Match Discussion: Game 30 - The Gills (A)
I think the interviewer after the game who spoke to Stuart Maynard got it right. The timing of our form couldnβt have been better, and the start was really exciting to see. That bright response at the beginning might not always be repeated, but itβs something Notts needs to do more often. Things are coming together, and the goals shook Gillingham. They had no response until it was too late. I wish them well, but Iβm happy for the three points.

MaΓ― TraorΓ© to Notts
Excellent piece of business! A robust, swift forward is just what we've been lacking. Eagerly anticipating his debut.
-
Notts County Secure the Signing of Guinean Forward Mai Traore
Great bit of business! A strong, quick forward is exactly what weβve been missing. Looking forward to his debut.

Match Report: Nick Tsaroulla and David McGoldrick on Target as Notts Beat Gillingham
Gillingham pushed hard late on, but our defence held firm. Big away win, keep the momentum going!

Impressed by how Curtis turned his career around. Really hoping to see more from him when heβs fit again.
-
"I'm Really Impressed With the Way We Defended" β Stuart Maynard on Notts' Resilience
Jatta is looking sharp! That finish was class, and his overall work rate made a big difference. Good three points.

Jacob Bedeau Praises Notts Countyβs Defence and the Fansβ Role in Home Dominance

Curtis Edwards Humbled by Notts County Fansβ Reception in Return from Injury
Brilliant to see Curtis back! You could tell he was buzzing to be on the pitch again. Heβll be an important part of the team at the back end of the season.

Who is your Man of the Match v Carlisle?
George Abbott deserves the man of the match. No doubt, he earned my vote.

Match Discussion: Game 29 - The Blues (H)
Notts must perform better today against Carlisle United than they did against Bromley. The game needs to be finished off, and it would be frustrating if we can't score. I hope we don't go into the second half at 0-0, but instead have the lead. Then we can focus on securing the result. Super Sammy Austin to make the day!
