  1. Loved McGoldrick’s confidence. He always seems to be in the right place at the right time. Can’t wait to see more of him and Jatta together.
  2. Solid point away from home, considering the rough start. The lads showed great character to fight back and get something out of it!
  3. Good to see the team push for the equaliser after a slow start.
  4. Maynard's done wonders with the squad rotation. His willingness to use different players highlights his adaptability and foresight.
  5. That was a real battle, but Platt stepped up when it mattered! Great to see us bounce back.
  6. Really agree with Maynard about needing to take those big moments. Wimbledon won’t be easy.
  7. It’s great to see the club backing Cedwyn through this tough time. Mental health is just as important as physical fitness.
  8. I think we can, but we need to be mindful of injuries because this is the biggest thing which impacts our performances. I know some fans enjoy criticising Stuart Maynard again, but he's doing well. Yes, we are defensively stronger now, but I do think compared to last season, we are weaker in the striker department, mostly due to not replacing Macaulay Langstaff. Jatta will get goals, but we can't rely on him to involve himself as other strikers might. We have to present him with a good opportunity or hope it works out.
  9. Can we? I see why we do around the 70th minute mark. It throws something unexpected against teams who might not be prepared or expect us to go to two up top. I think part of the reason it works so well is because we have not forced it or relied on it. Occasionally, I don't see why not, but until we have another goalscoring striker, I don't think we should beyond the right game.
  10. I can see the starting clip becoming a meme, especially the horrifying dancing they do later on. Splice them together, and the meme would go viral.
  11. We’ve got that fight in us now. Every away game, we show grit and determination. Unbeaten away is a serious achievement!
  12. Loved reading George’s take on the derby! You can see how much it meant to him, especially the part about the crowd’s energy. Great assist too!
  13. There are 15 votes and 3 players in the running. I voted for George Abbott. However, I would have chosen Kellan Gordon if he had stayed in the race longer. I think Abbott only won because he lasted longer.
  14. Always love seeing the fans’ passion. Let’s stay positive and keep supporting the team every step of the way!
  15. Matt’s leadership style is exactly what we need—leads by example, not just shouting. It’s paying off.
  16. I like how Maynard’s focused on keeping calm ahead of the game. Can’t let emotions take over, just need to focus on the win.
  17. I wish Alassana Jatta had converted some of his chances. It was a tough game, but he showed promise. Not quite Man of the Match performance from him, so I voted Dan Crowley.
  18. The injuries worry me a bit, especially with Jodi Jones out, but we’ve got enough depth to get a result.
  19. We’ve been unlucky with injuries, but Maynard seems confident in the squad’s ability to cope.
  20. Gordon’s attitude is spot on! A happy player is a performing player. Glad he’s home where he belongs!
  21. I am going against the popular vote, not because Alex Bass doesn’t deserve it, but because I feel Scott Robertson deserves my vote for his performance. He was really good coming back into the mix.
  22. I really hope we can score a few goals and keep a clean sheet. This would be huge for us. COYP!
  23. The answer is Mike Edwards. He went to Carlisle and then came back to where he belonged. It’s a shame the club doesn’t have ex-players like him around.
  24. I don’t think players should be allowed to make challenges from behind, only in front of them. I know people say defending and tackling are becoming things of the past, but we need to try to avoid injuries. I would call for better protection.
  25. I feel the same, but I can see the benefit of taking him on loan. I hope having George Abbott around our young pros will encourage them and make them want to push themselves. Yet, it is disappointing that they will most likely miss getting a chance to feature much in the league.
