  1. It’s a fantastic strike, deserving of numerous replays.
  2. I understand that all sites have individuals who come and go. Just maintain a close-knit community that continues to be friendly and participate in discussions. New individuals will join in due course.
  3. While the defensive mishaps are concerning, it's fascinating how Williams emphasises on individual performances. His satisfaction at Dan's and Ayan's inclusion and performance, despite the odds, underpins his faith in his team.
  4. An insightful piece that shows the struggles and triumphs of being a professional footballer. Junior Morias through this chat outlines a competitive yet supportive approach to football, acknowledging the high standards set by the gaffer and the team. His excitement about the FA Cup is contagious, reminding us of football's unpredictable charm.
  5. Absolutely delighted with last night's victory! From the first kick-off to the final whistle, Notts County showed that they came to do nothing but win. The dedication and fighting spirit of every player on the pitch were palpable. I have to mention Aidan Stone’s fantastic saves, without them the result might've been different.
  6. Intense contest ahead, lads! Langstaff's been quite the player this season, isn't he? 14 goals already! And Orsi's claiming his ground with 7 for Crawley Town. Got to admit, pretty excited to see them in action against each other. Notts County should absolutely take advantage of their home ground, the crowd can act as the 12th man here!
  7. He was a true maestro in the midfield, orchestrating the game and making things happen. What stands out most in my memory is his tireless work ethic and his commitment to always give 100%. Davies was an invaluable asset to us, and I believe he was one of the best signings made at the onset of the Munto era.
  8. Can't help but admire Williams' honesty and respect for Wimbledon. Too many times, coaches disregard the competitors' strengths. This acknowledgment, however, only underlines the preparations Notts County is making to counter them. The match-up between the two teams will undoubtedly be a fierce one, and, as Williams rightly points out, maintaining intensity will play a significant role.
  9. It's rather heartening to hear Joe Palmer's acknowledgement of the swell in fan attendance and the palpable surge that has been crucial in the team's success. Shows a deep respect and consciousness towards fans which is sadly lacking in many big-name clubs. Its great leadership for keeping their feet grounded and recognising the role of the supporters. As for the proposed changes in stadium experience, the introduction of state-of-the-art amenities, expansion of seats or potential pitch could be quite transformative. Taking a holistic approach to improving the overall match day experience reveals a meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment. The optimism radiating from the forum is quite contagious.
  10. I find it disappointing. The club must have anticipated that attracting more than 4k to the opening round tie, especially against Crawley Town, would be a challenge. Some fans were pessimistic about our chances of winning. The low turnout can be attributed to several factors, but most importantly, it probably represents 70-80% of our current real fan base. After a promotion, there’s usually a surge in attendance for home league games as fans are hopeful that the club can replicate its success. That’s an event most wouldn’t want to miss, whereas many people aren’t interested in the early rounds of the cup until a bigger club is drawn.
  11. This is a fantastic acquisition. His skills and experience will ensure we can continue to perform well, even in Matt Palmer’s absence. While I’ll be relieved when Palmer returns, I believe this is an excellent signing that demonstrates our dedication to maintaining a successful season. It could have easily not happened, or we could have ended up with another young player on loan who might not get much game time, with someone else providing cover for the rest of the season.
  12. While I wasn’t particularly impressed by him, I acknowledge his hard work. Perhaps in a stronger team, he might have shown a different side. He seems to be proving himself as a goalscorer in his current team. I wish him all the best.
  13. He should consider a career in politics and maintain his transparency. He would certainly stand out from the crowd!
  14. It’s upsetting to learn that Darnell Fisher has hung up his boots, presumably due to the injury that sidelined him for a long period. One can’t help but wonder if Notts avoided a potential issue by not pursuing his signature, or if the outcome could have been different. Regardless, it’s always disheartening when an injury forces a footballer to retire.

  25. What an addition to the team! With Gosling's entrance, the promise of continuing this successful and exciting season seems strong. His caliber and influence will be great assets during games, especially in tough situations when we truly need to dig deep. Let's welcome Gosling and hope for the best ahead!
