Notts just need to take care of their own business, win their last game of the regular season & see what happens. Even if they don't get automatic promotion, beating an in form Bristol R would be a massive scalp & a confidence builder for matches to come.

Now that Notts are getting some of their leading players back from injury, if it is to be the playoffs, I think Notts will have at least an equal chance of anyone else in the playoffs to progress. The playoffs are always going to be a lottery and the best team over the season doesn't necessarily win. Notts just have to be confident of their own ability & play to their absolute best, then they have a good chance of succeeding.

Good thread @NCFCGuy I suppose the list depends on whether we get promoted or not. If we go up I anticipate that we will see quite a few changes. I also think that Notts might have to change the way they recruit young players for the future. Maybe the priority could be getting in experienced League 1 players if we are promoted. If the Club remains in League 2 the club will probably continue to sign the type of players that they have recruited since their return to League 2.
