Hi @Chris I posted two posts on the Barnet match thread one after the other but the two posts were combined & not seperate.

@Chris I thought that it was Martin Paterson's worse post match press conference since he came to Notts. I know that he feels disapointment, but he has to lift the players for the last two matches. @menzinho I think that Notts have to ensure that they can deal with physical and hard working sides which they simply haven't been doing to get out of this league.

So Cambridge lost at home to Grimsby tonight. Final score. Cambridge 1 Grimsby 2. Grimsby scored in the fourth minute if injury time at the end of the 2nd half. Up to date table.

I watch Youtube on the TV quite a lot. There are some great documentaries on there. I watch different news channels which are available. There are free old British films available on You tube that are enjoyable. Some good music videos too.

Bromley FC, under manager Andy Woodman, employs a direct, physical & highly organised style of play often utilising a 3-5-2 or 5+4+2 formation Bromley focus on defensive solidity through a mid-block, quick attacking transitions, set-piece dominance, and effective use of target men, making them difficult to break down and highly efficient in the EFL. Wimbledon & Port Vale utilised a similar system and they were successful last season. Playing our own style we have never effectively replaced Ruben & to a lesser extent Crowley, so Notts don't get the consistent penetration which they used to enjoy with those two guys in the side.

Notts are still in with a mathematical chance of getting automatic promotion, but it would take some very extraordinary results in the next few weeks to make that happen. Notts are still in poll position to make the end of season playoffs, but they are not quite there yet. A win away at Colchester next Saturday for Notts should be enough to claim a place in the top seven. Any team that Notts may meet in the playoffs would be very hard to beat, but as we know, anything can happen in a playoff match. I for one would welcome another Wembley visit. So the question is, Could Notts put the failure of getting automatic promotion behind them & reset to have a successful playoff campaign?
