I'm old enough to see Sobers playing for Notts in the late 60s & early 70s. Then Notts winning the County Championship in 1981 & 1987 & the NatWest Trophy in 1987 with C Broad, Robinson, Randall, Rice & Hadlee the lynchpins of a Notts side that dominated County cricket for a while in the 80s.

Do any PON members have an interest in any other sport outside of football? I like to watch all kinds of different Sport, such as Ice hockey, Cricket, Tennis, Athletics, Motor Racing & Olympic sports. I support the Nottinghamshire Outlaws in the summer & take an interest in the Nottingham Panthers Ice hockey team in winter. I used to play Rugby and Cricket for my school between the ages of 11 & 15. I used to Bat and Bowl.
