  1. Your Sunday Morning Weather
  2. A great performance from Didzy today.
  3. Well we have finally come to the shortest day and the winter solstice. It also happens to be the first day of winter, but Autumn was bad enough wasn't it Had an early start this morning going to the superstore to get some last minute goodies that the wife needed to get us over Xmas. It's certainly a different atmosphere compared to last week post match. It's a nice feeling that Notts played so well this afternoon. I'm so pleased for Stuart Maynard who has taken a lot of stick on social media this week. Him and the team had the perfect response today. MK Dons got hammered today & we meet them on boxing day.
  4. A great collective performance from the Notts team today. Dan Crowley was back to doing what he does well, Bass had a great game & once again the defensive unit of Ness, Bedeau & Platt played well as well as Palmer & Abbott in front of them The wingbacks, Austin & Tsaroulla played well and were effective down the flanks. McGoldrick had another great game, but I'm going to give Jatta the Man of the Match for his two goals + one assist, & very nearly getting a hat trick but for a good save by the Bradford goalie.
  5. Match report from the BBC website. Notts County 3-0 Bradford City WWW.BBC.CO.UK A double from Alassana Jatta and a David McGoldrick goal ensures...
  6. MK Dons got hammered by Newport Grimsby lost to Swindon AFC Wimbledon lost to Chesterfield Port Vale drew with Carlisle today. Notts just 5 points off an automatic promotion place.
  7. A very happy Stuart Maynard's post match interview.
  8. The three goals scored by Notts today.
  9. What a great return to form by the Notts team this afternoon. I am including the whole starting 11 in my list of players to choose your Man of the Match. It was a great team performance today Bass, Jatta, Didzy, Crowley, Ness, Platt, Tsaroulla, Palmer, Bedeau, Austin & Abbott.
  10. Great piece of management by Stuart putting the same side out that failed miserably against Salford. The players had very much to prove and they passed with flying colours today. This could have been a hard match with the conditions today but the team responded to Stuart's rallying call and did him proud I think we have to give credit where credit's due to Stuart & his team who prepared the team to perform the way they did. Crowley had his best game since returning from injury & I think he was the driving force today. If Notts can play the way they did today they aren't going to lose many matches going forward, & with more players to return, things are looking good again. The January window might be the icing on the cake if it is a good window for Notts.
  11. League 2 table. Notts back in the playoff places
  12. Full Time. Three goals, Three points, Clean sheet. "The fans wanted a performance from the players and they got one. We are back to being clinical. They have got to go and build on this and get more points." - Stallard
  13. Update. Update.
  14. Update. Update.
  15. The second half begins. CMON U PIES
  16. Halftime. Great half for Notts. It was an even game until the goal. But then, game changing moments - Notts produced three of them in four minutes and that is difference between the two sides." - Stallard
  17. GOOOOOAAAAAL JATTA GOOOOOAAAAAL DIDZY It's Three GOOOOOAAAAAL JATTA
  18. Update First real chance for Notts.
  19. This vital game for Notts begins. CMON U PIES.
  20. Your Notts team to face Bradford today. Good move by Stuart to put the same team out who failed miserably last week. The team need to deliver today.
  21. Two games were played on Friday night 20th Dec which affect Notts Gillingham 2 Cheltenham 2 Crewe 0 Colchester 0. So it turned out to be a good night for Notts with two rivals dropping points
