I will leave politics out of this post and I hope anyone who replies will also do so. I will miss Gary on Match of the Day which I’ve watched for many years, in my opinion he is a very good presenter and comes across very well, I don’t think the programme will be the same without him, mind you I said that when Des Lynman left. The new presenters will have big boots to fill so good luck to them and of course to Gary whatever he does in the future.

Good morning it’s a bright sunny Bank Holiday Monday so far, I hope it stays that way for people who are making the most of the long weekend off work/school/college etc. We tend to avoid going anywhere at bank holiday times, so it’ll be a walk around the local streets and paths and time in the garden, weather permitting. Morning all, the overnight rain has cleared and it’s bright and breezy at the moment. The Ring doorbell we bought the other day for £99 has now been reduced to £49, so we’ve bought another and we’re sending the original back for a refund thus saving £40. It’s a shame the weather has changed this weekend our son and family are camping but they’re making the most of it yesterday they all went paddle boarding on a lake, the kids took to it well but mum and dad went in the water a few times.
