Morning all, happy Wednesday, it’s looking like another fine day, we just need the temperatures to rise a bit more but I guess it is only early March. I noticed on the news that the Canary Islands have had flash floods and even some reported snow! That doesn’t sound good for our holiday in two weeks time. I watched the Notts match on the telly last night, we need to find form and quickly if we are going to get automatic promotion.

This is a difficult one, Abbott had a great game and Tsaroulla and Grant made a difference so for me it’s between those three. A close call but I’m going for Grant who took his goal well and made a difference when he came on.

A very disappointing performance and result tonight. We didn’t start to play until we were 2-0 down, Tsaroulla and Grant made a difference when they came on and we started to move the ball around quicker. When Grant scored we were looking like we might get something from the game, the disallowed goal from Abbott would have set us up for an unlikely victory but it wasn’t to be. The ref didn’t give us much all night and was pretty poor in my opinion. However, to be honest we didn’t really deserve to win for a good hour Notts were really poor. I agree with @Dripsey3 we need Didzy and Jodi back asap, we really do miss them.

Notts were far too pedestrian in the first half we need to up the tempo in the second half. COME ON YOU PIES!

@super_ram I’m sorry to hear your pal has passed away, dementia is a cruel disease. My back is no better unfortunately so no celebratory dance tonight, I might allow myself a gentle jig in my chair IF we win. Good morning, another lovely start to the day. Yesterday I said I’d get out in the garden and tidy it up a bit, we’ll that was a BIG mistake, I’ve strained my back bending and it’s really quite painful so I’ll have to rest up and put deep heat on it until it eases. Sigh. This is why I don’t do gardening. In other news I’ve got to sort out the home insurance, I’ve had a quote from my present insurers but I always shop around and usually manage to get a cheaper quote by using the comparison sites, so that’s todays job. Have a great day everyone.

I’ve never been a member of any of the supporter groups apart from the trust when they took over the club. I’m also a lifeline member but apart from that I’ve never been interested in joining anything else, as with all these things it probably sometimes attracts the wrong type of person and ends up with internal bickering. I just want to pay my money, go to a match, watch the game and support the team, not get involved in internal politics. No offence to anyone who does like to get involved it’s just not for me.

Believe me @Robbie I’m a master at making mistakes, I was probably thinking of Abbot Ale I haven’t had a drink for 3 weeks and it’s affecting my brain.

Yes I surprised myself. Even Mrs T struggled with that one and she’s normally very good at it.

Morning all, I hope all those who travelled to the match returned safely, or are you stopping over sampling the delights of Blackpool? Its another lovely day here the sun is out and the sky is cloudless, I think I might have my first foray of the year into the garden and do a bit of tidying up, I’m not a keen gardener by any stretch of the imagination but I try to keep it tidy if my back will let me. Stunning pictures, thanks @Piethagoram Scotland is indeed a beautiful place I just wish good weather could be guaranteed, my favourite memory of Scotland is a fantastic holiday I had when I was around 18 with my parents we stayed in a bed and breakfast on the shores of the Firth of Clyde, I spent a lot of time fishing for mackerel from a rowing boat. We also had a cruise on the paddle steamer Waverley around the Kyles of Bute, the weather was idyllic, I’d love to recreate that holiday one day.
