Good morning, it’s a chilly 6 degrees here, we are certainly experiencing some wild weather at the moment and more to come apparently. Stay safe everyone especially if travelling. We’ve ordered some Christmas presents from Amazon so I think we are just about sorted now just need some food and drink nearer Christmas, we always get enough to feed an army for a fortnight. Back from the pub, putting the world to rights over a Diet Coke with my friend (a Forest fan ugh) apart from his football leanings he’s a decent sort. I’m going to bed in a minute where I’ll watch Match of the Day and hopefully see Forest get a pasting. I’ve not seen the result yet.

Nice one @allardyces tash I like this blog. My suggestion is don’t read social media, the majority of people on there who voice these ridiculous opinions on the club, manager and players are just Negative Nellies with nothing better to do that spout their negativity to get a reaction. Personally I’d rather read comments on here where the fans are far more level headed and when necessary will give constructive criticism without the knee jerk reactions of social media. Without a doubt the injuries to the squad have hampered our progress but I still hope we can get promotion but if we don’t it won’t be the end of the world, I’ll still support them as I have through much worse times than these in my 60 odd years of being a fan.

I don’t envy you working outside @liampie I hope you can thaw out when you get home.

Morning all a cold start to Wednesday at 2 degrees. @Robbie I find it’s best not to read posts on social media when Notts haven’t won, it’s really depressing how fickle some fans are. The people on here are much more realistic and positive thinking. Tonight I’m going to the pub to see a friend and old work colleague to have a chinwag, I won’t be drinking beer though I’m off the booze until Christmas, any suggestions of a nice low calorie non alcoholic drink I could have instead?

I’ve gone for David McGoldrick, he was all over the park and did his best to create an opening, he’s a real class act. The penalty was perfect too.
