Good morning all, I had a better nights sleep thankfully so no morbid talk from me today. It’s a grey overcast start here and the forecast is for rain, we are hoping for a walk before the rain starts, to get our daily step quota. Tesco will be coming later with our weekly shop and some goodies we are treating ourselves to. I’ve got some white wine that is gently fermenting but that won’t be ready to bottle just yet but I have got a barrel of home brew dark ale ready to drink so I might have a pint of that with my dinner tonight. In a recent interview MP said that he felt sorry for Luke Browne because he was great in training but he couldn’t find a place for him in the matchday squad. It seems we have lots of cover in defence and Luke will have to be patient and wait his turn.

Good morning everyone, I hope you are all well. This morning another of my good friends are being cremated, with a family only ceremony, of course I respect the family’s wishes but I wish I could be there to say goodbye, it’s not only the family that grieve when someone dies. There will be a celebration of his life in May but that’s a long time away. I will miss my regular meetings with Jim as we put the world to rights over a pint.
