Very true, you never know what is going on in people’s lives so a smile and a kind word can make all the difference. There is so much hatred in the world wouldn’t it be great if everyone could read this and be kind to each other.

Being kind can make a big difference. However, this shouldn’t be done just because of a special day or message. It should be how we behave every day.

Imagine if everywhere did one kind act towards someone else, like one person got to travel using the London Underground for free. Then that extends to a coffee shop giving someone an act of kindness, it's not about giving but making the point that commercialism can be forgotten.
