@super_pie loved Kane Hemmings, a photo of them both remained his display picture for years. Hemmings was a good player for us, worked hard and got goals when he played/had the service. I don't know why we tended to push him to the left side of the pitch, because as a striker he was the most threatening.

It's a good signing for Crewe, I wish him all the best (except against Notts, although it will be nice to see him again).

i loved his effort and goals that he scored, him and kristian dennis was such a promising strike force. i agree, with @Chris playing him out wide made no sense. neither did not playing jonathan forte or kristian dennis. in favour of aging players. :(

@liampie

I Always thought Jonathan Forte Got A Raw Deal at Notts. He should have played more and I think if he'd had gotten a Decent Run in the Side, he would have scored many more Goals. He's Retired Now I Believe Through Injury.

Kane Hemmings is a superb player. I usually get anxious about seeing players return, but I think Hemmings might find it more challenging to score against us this season.

He’s a good player, and we definitely misused him. However, we now have people at the club who won’t make the same mistake. Crewe have made a good signing.

Kane Hemmings would have certainly benefited from being in a squad like ours now. I have no doubt that he would have been clinical. He’s such a strong player at this level, Crewe should be thrilled with the signing.

I have to go against the grain here... Yes he was hard working, but never thought for once, he was a natural finisher. Much preferred Kristian Dennis

kevin nolan had it in for jonathan forte, it was a silly decision because when he played he scored.

i totally agree with you @Wheelbarrow repair man, yes he suffered a serious injury and has retired. he now runs a football school and coaches young players.
