Now Macca has gone to Millwall Notts will need a new penalty taker.

We have had two very successful penalty takers in the last few years. Ruben Rodriguez was our very successful penalty taker in our National League promotion season.

When he left to go to Oxford, Macaulay took over the mantle and although he didn't have many penalties to take last season he never missed one.

Now Notts will choose a new player to take on the responsibility, but who will he be?

My choice would be between Cedwyn Scott or Jodi Jones, but which choice of the Notts players would be your choice?

I would go with the same @Robbie. Depending on who is on the pitch at the time I would assume it will be Scott or Didzy if they are playing, but JJ also showed at Wembley that he isn’t afraid to take one.

Provided we don't give it to David McGoldrick, I will be happy.

I'm not trying to be negative towards McGoldrick, it's just of my view that someone else would be better. He's somewhat predictable, so I don't think he would make a good choice. Cedwyn Scott has taken them before and done well. Jodi Jones could be a good option, then we have Jata who could smash them into the back of the net. Yet, it wouldn't surprise me if Dan Crowley doesn't step up to take them. 

whoever starts as the striker, so i would imagine it will be between scott and jatta.
