Notts can definitely beat Bristol Rovers, but it's hard to see Salford and Cambridge both slipping up with so much at stake. If we don't get automatic promotion, it's important that we focus on getting the win. Momentum and confidence going into the playoffs is vital!

I think 60% is quite generous for us, our final-day opponents have won their last eight games! I'd been hoping that, with nothing to play for, Bristol Rovers would already be on the beach by now. Instead it's had the opposite effect. I think we're much more likely to lose than Cambridge or Salford are.

I can see Salford slipping up away to a Crawley side struggling for survival. I doubt Cambridge will though, and just a point would effectively take them out of our reach.

We've got a chance, but in the same way that someone who buys a lottery ticket has a chance. Stranger things have happened in football, but they usually don't.

It's all academic anyway, we're already up - the league still has a to give us the 12pts for the conversions scored by Bennetts and Jodi from our last 4 free kicks

Just a marker on Bristol's winning run, they haven't played anyone in the top-half since the start of their run. The fixtures fell rather nicely, Fleetwood in 15th were their highest opponents so I'm half hoping they'll be suffering from a touch of overconfidence when they play us.

Expecting Crewe, a team who have nothing to play for, to beat Cambridge is asking a lot. I think at worst Cambridge get a draw. I think Salford have enough quality to beat Crawley too, but that match has two sides with something to play for, it could go either way.

Knowing us we’ll probably miss out on automatics by goal difference because that is the most excruciating way to miss out!

i love the optimism but i dont think we can rely on the other results, if cambridge draw they have to hope that we concede more i think. if salford win, they will go up and it will be grim seeing them join mk dons. i want to hope that it is possible but i dont think it is likely, we have had our chance and despite some small minor hopes the fixtures have gone our way enough when it looked doubtful. i think believing will lead to further heartbreak, so i am prepared for the playoffs. i just hope we approach them wanting to prove we are deserving to get to wembley.

Those odds appear right to me. We could make auto - but it is highly unlikely. It is also highly unpredictable because life, incl football, is a bit like that.

The fact that Brizzle haven’t beaten any top 6 Clubs recently is irrelevant really. They are confident, have momentum and they are managed by Evans. I’d say our prospects against them are the biggest concern tbh. Our record in key games isn’t great…………. We have been extremely inconsistent at home in 2026…….. We might just pull off the win this time, of course.

Having said that, I just can’t see both Cambs & MKD losing tbh.
