I keep seeing adverts and trailers for it, never watched the actual show but I plan to do so.

Anyone watch it? What's it like?

I wouldn't say it's gripping, I'm not even sure I would recommend it but I oddly like watching.

The last episode I watched was very gruesome, it reminds me of the Under the Dome thing @tonyhateley mentioned, along with Jericho and that Alien show thrown into the mix. Also, it's odd how the main officer reminds me of Rick from TWD (The Walking Dead) - they share matching wife's names to.

It's on sometimes at home, my wife watches it. I do not get much say about that, yet I get to watch my football.

I cant say i like it.

It does get better as the show progresses, it's not very open with facts to keep you glued. I can see people easily passing but the final episode was interesting for me, it would make my top 10 of current shows but it is worth watching.

I wouldn't go out of my way.

Finally watched the first episode last night and it gets a resounding 'meh' from me.

That is actually quite impressive, as I lasted the whole length of the episode instead of sacking it 30 minutes in.

Will probably watch episode 2 before making up my mind whether to continue or not.

I'd suggest trying to get to the third or fourth, that's where it starts to develop more.

If I hadn't been bored, I'd have quit after the first. It's one of those 'hyped' shows which makes you go "I'll watch that". After which you wonder why you did but to be fair it's okay, there is a lot worse but the story starts to get more interesting in the third/fourth.

Also, I like seeing the former DR Who in Christopher Eccleston.

Though I sometimes laugh when he speaks. :P

Gave up after 5 episodes. Bizarre for no reason really. As you say, sort of similar to Under the Dome, but nowhere near as good. UTD is excellent imo.

Currently watching the Blacklist Season 1 which has been utterly enthralling so far. Excellent acting and drama.

Wow @notts-joe. I'm surprised you haven't heard of it. It's based on a rogue fbi agent who has been 'dark' for 20 yrs and all of a sudden he asks to speak to a certain (gorgeous) agent. He has a list of serious baddies that the world doesn't know about. Excellent. Lots of sub plots going on. Has relaunched James Spaders career again after he went 'dark' for a while!!!

Well worth watching and highly recommended.

I only watched the first few episodes.

Its a bit blend to start with, good acting but dramatic start which makes it unrealistic for me.
